Christmas and New years

Christmas was awful! Did anyone else have a bad day or was it just us????? First off, the kids are old enough now that they took FOREVER to fall asleep, so we had to stay up super late. Then we finally get in bed just after 1 in the morning and by 2 am I had little girls in my room! They woke up and santa had come! YEAHHHHH, so I get Kamryn settled in Bed with us and Katie settled on the couch and then we are almost back to sleep and Ben wakes up and sprays pretty much his entire room with VOMIT! Oh, the agony of vomit in the middle of the night! Needless to say, thank goodness Shaun was home, or we would have had 2 people vomiting! We gave up on sleep and opened presents int he middle of the night. We were so exhausted we couldn't really enjoy any of it. we finally got back to bed between 6:30-8 but 2 1/2 hours is not enough to make me a nice person. Plus every 20 minutes Ben would start wretching agian and wake up the whole house. He takes after his mother and pulls it up from his toenails, it's quite the ordeal! New years was better, No Vomit and we actually slept more hours. Isn't that kinda backwards?
